Warehouse Operator

Our client, a leading kitchen and bathroom design specialist, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join their dynamic warehouse team in Rotherham. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multi-task. There is no shift or weekend work and career progression opportunities are available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Goods In and Out: Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing goods, including picking, packing, loading, and unloading vehicles.

• Inventory Management: Accurately maintain stock levels through daily administration and regular stock takes.

• Order Fulfilment: Process orders promptly and accurately using a computerised system.

• Warehouse Operations: Perform a variety of warehouse tasks, such as organising stock, re-working items, and quality checking.

• Safety and Maintenance: Prioritise safety and maintain a clean and organised work environment.

What we're looking for:

• Experience: Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.

• Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Attitude: A positive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn.

• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Details

Salary: £11.44 per hour

Hours: 8 – 5pm - Monday to Friday - 42.5 hours per week

Location: Rotherham, South Yorkshire

Duration: Temporary to Permanent for the right candidate

Pension: Up to 8% matched employer contributions with death in service up to 7 times salary

Holiday: 20 days + stats, increasing by 1 day per years’ service to a max 25.
