Business and Referral Coordinator
Salary: £25,012.00 per year

Are you a highly organised, compassionate individual with a passion for customer service and administrative excellence?  A.L.L. Recruitment is seeking a Business Support & Client Referral Coordinator on behalf of their client to join their dynamic and fast-paced team. This role is central to ensuring smooth business operations and delivering exceptional service to clients, contractors, and colleagues.

As the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries, you will play a vital role in managing referrals, coordinating support services, and maintaining accurate records using our CRM systems. You’ll be responsible for allocating jobs, liaising with contractors, processing payments, and supporting both paid-for services and ad-hoc funding initiatives. Your ability to communicate effectively, prioritise tasks, and maintain a client-focused approach will be key to your success.

You’ll also support the wider team by handling incoming calls, emails, and mail, assisting with client feedback processes, and contributing to the organisation of our bi-yearly Client Forum. This role requires a confident decision-maker who can work independently while embracing teamwork and continuous improvement.

​

We’re looking for someone with excellent listening and communication skills, a caring and professional approach, and strong experience in administrative support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is essential, along with a solid understanding of GDPR and safeguarding procedures. Experience working with older, disabled, or vulnerable people is desirable, as is the ability to speak other languages.

We offer
 

Salary: £25,012 For full time hours.
Hours: 37 Hours per week Monday to Friday
Holiday: 25 days holiday. Rising to 27 after 2 years and 29 after 4 years. Extra days holiday for birthday.
Location: 323 Roundhay Road, Leeds
